Returns for exchange
We naturally hope that you’re thrilled with the products you order from us! However, we understand that sometimes an item of clothing won’t fit as expected, or that you might change your mind about a product. We will do our best to make things right. Here are some basic guidelines:
CLOTHING: All apparel returns are subject to a 30-day limit from the date they were delivered to you. Please return them unworn and in the same condition as you received them, and include the receipt. You may choose another size or similar item in exchange. We will refund the difference, if any.
CUSTOMIZED CLOTHING: We regret that we can’t accept returns on items which you have personalized or customized. These products will be clearly marked in the shop.
INTIMATE APPAREL: We regret that we can’t accept returns on intimate apparel such as swimsuits, undergarments, briefs, etc.
HOME DECOR and all other physical products: As for apparel, these are returnable within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the condition you received them, unless they have been customized / personalized.
Refunds
Although we always want you to receive your products in perfect condition, sometimes stuff happens. Here’s what to do if you receive an item which is defective or damaged in transit:
- Keep the packaging and the receipt
- Take a photo of the damaged item clearly showing the defect / damage.
- Return the item to us with the receipt.
- Email us and attach the photo of the damage. Include the transaction number on your receipt if possible.
We’ll examine the goods and if we agree about the damage or defect, we’ll issue a refund the same day we receive the goods. You may also opt to exchange the item for a new one, or choose a different product—let us know in your email if you’d like to do this.
We have no control over the refund process once we’ve issued your refund: in the first instance, check your bank account and your credit card issuer if you feel there are delays.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads, which are limited to books at present, are “consumed” once you have downloaded them. Therefore, ebooks by definition cannot be refunded or returned and all sales are final.
Shipping Returns and Timing

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We have no control over the production process (for print-on-demand goods) once we’ve sent your order to be created. Neither do we have control over unforeseen delays in shipping once we’ve dispatched your item.
Supply chain disruptions caused by the pandemic are still being experienced. The shipping times we state are the best estimate we can make regarding the delivery, but are not guaranteed. Please be patient. We will always do our best to keep you updated.
